TMC8670-EVAL

The TMC8670 is a single-axis servo motor controller for industrial automation, embedded servo control and other automated equipment applications. It is suitable for 3-phase BLDC and 2-phase stepper motors. The device is designed for an operating voltage of 1.2V and 3.3V. The device provides an a/b/n incremental, digital hall, analog hall and analog sincos encoder interface. TMC8670 has an integrated EtherCAT slave controller and a CANopen over EtherCAT protocol processor.

TMC8670-EVAL-KIT is a set of one MCU Board "Landungsbrücke", a bridge Board and one TMC8670-EVAL driver Board. It allows for a quick and simple start within only minutes to make your motor turning, while still providing full access to all registers and full functionality and diagnostics. For Diagnosis all Signals between MCU and TMC8670 are accessible with probes on the "Eselsbrücke" Bridgeboard. To simplify the transfer to your own processor platform the MCU board can be disconnected.
