TMCM 610 Reference switch search is a real problem.

Dear Trinamic Team!
we have some problems with reference switch search
sometimes (in 40% cases) it drives after touching switch 1-2mm out of switch. You can hear and see this in video.
http://youtu.be/aE9fLgICMC4
all switches are equipped with 47nF capacitors.
Cable length to reference switch ~50cm
I send simply from TMCM IDE Reference search command 13.
Motor init parameters:
SAP 195, 0, 4 // ref. switch speed
SAP 194, 0, 2 // ref. search speed
SAP 192, 0, 400
SAP 6, 0, 400
SAP 5, 0, 1500
SAP 4, 0, 1500
SAP 140, 0, 6
what could be a reason for this problem?

In order to be able to analyze your problem I have to ask you some questions first:
Which firmware revision are you using?
At which value did you set the parameter 193?

Dear benq3232,

I believe I have the same problem with reference search like you.
I have one reference switch too.

Have you found any solution of this strange behaviour?

Thanks,
Lukas
