used TMC262 EVAL ,can't output sin wave?why?how to setting the menu(TMC262 EVAL V1.05)?can give me a TMC262 configuration files(*.262)?

Sinewave is default - you cannot change. Please refer EVAL manual for setting up registers, then you can save as .262 file fitting for your motor.

can output sinewave?I measured the output waveform is the PWM,Why?

PWM is used to reduce power dissipation. An analog power stage would need a huge heat slug. The PWM is done in a way, that motor current and thus magnet field sees a sine wave.
