TMCM-351-E max. encoder input frequency

Dear Sir,
How much the TMCM-351-E can accept the max. encoder input frequency ?
I have no found this information in manual

The minimum encoder pulse length is 0.125µs, the maximum encoder count frequency is 16MHz (the maximum ratings of the TMC423 resp. TMC424 used on the TMCM-351).
