inlarge load ditection range

I have a TMCM110,TMCM310,TMCM343
I measure the load by GAP 206
and I see that I get a very narrow range of loaded reading 3 (no load) - 5 (max load, motor don't move)
instead of 0 (no load) - 7 (max load, motor don't move).

how can I expend this range?
I need to set a different parameters on max current, mix decay, micro step resolution, pulse div , more?

This mainly depends on the actual velocity and on the maximum current. If you need more accurate load measurement: the new modules that use the TMC26x motor drivers (TMCM-1060, 1180, 1021, 6110) will give you a much more accurate load measurement.
