Actually, I've the order to get a TMC103 board and the connected motor running . Formerly it was already programmed via serial-interface with TMCL. Does anybody already have experience in running TMC103 via CANopen-Interface to give some tips? Does anybody have an eds-file that fits?

An EDS file can be downloaded from the TMCM-103 section of our Website. There is also a new manual for the TMCM-103 CANopen firmware that can also be downloaded from there. It also contains some hints on how to get a motor running using CANopen.
