TMCM-351 not work

TMCM-351 not work

hello,i have a TMCM-351,but it dosn't work now,Refer to the TMCM-351_TMCL_firmware_manual 4.3,I set the motor 0's value to 500,When I Click Exeute,the motor is not rotating,and led B flash regularly.Also every motor connecter are without voltage.What can i do now?

Please check if the SHUTDOWN pin (pin 19 of the I/O connector) is connected to the supply voltage (pin 20 of the I/O connector). Otherwise the motor driver power stage is switched off, and the motors will not move.
Please see chapter 4.2.10 of the TMCM-351 hardware manual.

Thanks for you reply,the motor works now,but it more heater than others used TMCM-310 or TMCM-6110,What the reson?Hope to hearing from you.

Thanks for your reply,the motor works now,but it more hoter than others used TMCM-310 or TMCM-6110,What the reson?Hope to hearing from you.

The TMCM-351 can do some more current than the TMCM-310 and the TMCM-6110 (TMCM-310 and TMCM-6110: 1.1A RMS, TMCM-351: 2.8A RMS). So with the same motor you will have to set the current (parameter 6 and 7) lower than with the TMCM-6110.
