user programmeable s-ramp generator

is is possible to generate user programmable s-ramp using TMC-457 . i.e as show in TMC-453 datasheet section 7.3.2 Programmed / Interactive Ramp generation.

We wanted to have user programmable s-ramp . we are considering new motor controller with s-ramp step/dir with 3 axis interpolation . which cgip should we use for this board newer TMC-457 or TMC-453 ?

The TMC454 is mainly for back compatibility with TMC453. The TMC457 is the more modern design. As it can calculate and re-caclulate the ramp on the fly, you can modify all parameters at any time (bow, acceleration and velocity), within valid limits. This way, the S-shaped ramp also can be influenced on-the-fly.
